• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to manipulate city scores, vote counts, or rankings
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

3. User Submissions

When you submit a city photo or description via the Submit feature, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and process that content on the Site. You represent that you own or have the right to submit the content.

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or not publish any submission for any reason, including content that is inaccurate, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the Site's purpose.

4. City Scores & Accuracy

City match scores are generated by automated AI models and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not professional assessments of real estate value, tourism quality, or city livability. Scores may change as methodology improves.

We make no guarantee that scores are accurate, complete, or current.

5. Affiliate Links & Advertising

The Site may contain affiliate links to third-party booking platforms. We earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through these links. All affiliate links are disclosed in accordance with FTC guidelines. We are not responsible for the content, pricing, or availability of third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

Site content (excluding user submissions and third-party images) is owned by Europe at Home. City photography is sourced from Unsplash under their license. You may share individual city pages with attribution but may not republish our scoring data, methodology, or content in bulk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SCORES ARE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EUROPE AT HOME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
